Mary Lou González is a computer engineer turned translator, working as a professional translator in English Spanish technical and legal translation for the past 10 years. During this time, she also earned a Diploma certificate in Legal Translation, and was sworn in by the Venezuelan MPPRIJ as a Certified Public Translator/Interpreter.

During this time, she also earned a Diploma certificate in Legal Translation, and was sworn in by the Venezuelan MPPRIJ as a Certified Public Translator/Interpreter.
With a bilingual upbringing and schooling, and experience gained from a 28-year career at Hewlett Packard working in the computer industry, and holding different positions from systems engineer, network engineer, and project manager to sales, and business development, she transitioned to a career as a professional translator applying her knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality translations in her areas of expertise.
Born in Havana, Cuba, she grew up in Newtonville, Massachusetts, later moved to Caracas, Venezuela, and is now living in South Florida and part time in her adopted country, Venezuela.
